We will let you know in which of our 3 self-catering units you will be staying in including your key code for the security key box via WhatsApp.

When you arrive at the gate, we will dial open the gate, just give us a call: 066 429 9996.
You will notice key security boxes number from 1 to 3, use your provided key code to unlock your room key.
Unlock the gate, then you will have access to the room.
Above your room you will notice an alarm light. Kindly press the “Grey” button to de active your room alarm.
For your own safety we suggest when leaving the premises, active your alarm by pressing the “grey” button again.
To open the gate at the parking area, press the “blue” button.
In case of emergency press the “red” button, this is the panic button.

You'll be informed in advance about your allocated unit, ensuring a seamless start to your stay. To access your unit key, use a unique PIN to unlock the secure key box, and upon check-out, please return the key to the box. To ensure the security of our property, a refundable key deposit of R500 per key will be required. Your comfort and security are our top priorities, and we're excited to provide this hassle-free check-in experience for your convenience.

It is the sole responsibility of all guests to arrange personal insurance coverage for valuable items before their arrival, including but not limited to photographic equipment, laptops, electronic devices, jewellery, cash, and vehicles.

It is the sole responsibility of the guide dog's owner to ensure the dog's behaviour and safety during their stay. 80 on Thabo will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused by the guide dog, and the owner is liable for any damages caused by their guide dog to the premises or other guests and their property.
